🔍 Tracking Isn’t About Progress — It’s About Data
Tracking doesn’t just show what’s working — it shows what isn’t.
I used to track things just to feel productive, but I wasn’t using the data.
Now I treat tracking like a feedback system:
✅ Keep what compounds.
⚙️ Adjust what stalls.
❌ Cut what drains.
Sometimes the point of tracking isn’t to strengthen something — it’s to decide if it deserves to stay.
That shift gave me more clarity, less clutter, and way more focus.
👉 When you track something and realize it’s not helping, how do you decide whether to fix it or let it go?
