Planning vs Follow-Through
I’ve been noticing a pattern that keeps coming up for me.
My plans are usually solid. The problem isn’t creating them—it’s sticking to them.
Once I mentally walk through all the steps, my brain kind of checks the box and moves on. Then I tell myself things like, “I’ll get to that after I do this real quick,” knowing full well that’s probably not happening 😅
Later I’m stressed because it’s still hanging over me, even though it feels like I already “did it” in my head.
Curious if anyone else deals with this, and what’s helped you actually follow through.
