The new year is coming up and with it something that I have dreaded for quite some years (but I've come to accept it better).
The New Years Resolutions. Personally for a long time I have been awful at making goals, setting way too high bars (I had a goal to go to the gym for an hour everyday) and picking topics that didn't really matter to me.
In this last year I have learned a lot about how to properly shape your goals through people like Ali Abdaal and others. Those however have never really been aimed at people with ADHD specifically and I have not come across that topic just yet.
What are some common pitfalls that people like us with ADHD can fall into when it comes to setting goals and what are your guys favorite ways to determine what this new years focus is going to be?
