I’m all for planning.
In fact, having a plan is what keeps me from drifting when ADHD tries to pull me off course.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
Planning only works if it ends in motion.
Too many times, I’ve built great plans… then tweaked, refined, and reworked them until the window for action was gone.
Now I make my plan, set my direction — and start before it’s perfect.
Because the plan doesn’t create results — the behavior does.
And every time I act, the plan gets clearer.
