October Top 10 Recap
October's over, here's who moved Flippinars the most all month, ranked by points earned since October 1.
1. , October's Member of the Month, out walking her own territory in person all month, checking on properties and her realtors instead of working from a screen, and the one who caught a scammer working the comments and quietly reported it back.
2. brings the same grind to this room, real calls to real owners, the same consistency that topped September's board.
3. , Member of the Week on October 30. He became a paying member on September 30 and has been working a mobile home deal in Walnut, CA ever since.
