Had a great time watching amateur fights today at the NV Boxing Hall of Fame north vs south showdown at The Orleans. Congrats to Fight Capital fighter Al Hernandez for winning his match and a championship belt! Got to meet some great legendary Hall of Famers: Gerry Cooney, James Toney, Lamon Brewster

My chiropractor gave me nunchucks because he said I can use them to warm up and strengthen my arms and shoulders. I’d like to use them but don’t know how without feeling like I’m going to hurt myself. Does anyone know how to use them? If so, please post a video or a link that can help a beginner. Thanks!
