What's Your Favorite Holiday Condiment?
Your Gut Will Thank You This Holiday Season This year, I’m sharing something special with you, my fermented cranberry relish recipe (attached in the PDF). It’s not just a festive side dish. It’s a living food that brings probiotics straight to your holiday table. These beneficial bacteria help balance digestion, support gut health, and make those big holiday meals feel a little lighter. Why it’s magical: - Bright and zesty for Thanksgiving 🦃 - Deep, complex, and wine-like by Christmas 🎄 - Long-lasting — it keeps for months in the fridge, carrying you through the New Year 🎉 Adding probiotics to your diet is one of the simplest ways to nurture your gut and overall well-being. And what better way than with a condiment that evolves with the season? So scoop it onto turkey, swirl it into yogurt, or spread it on toast, our gut (and taste buds) will celebrate right along with you. Tell me how you eat the cranberry sauce?

Post-Halloween Reflections: The Side Paths Are Part of the Journey
Woke up today feeling a little off, too much candy (cookies), not enough rhythm. Anyone else? This is the part of the journey we don’t always talk about: the side paths. The moments we veer off course, indulge, forget, or just say “yes” to something that doesn’t quite serve us. And that’s okay. A healthier life isn’t built on perfection; it’s built on knowing how to return. When we understand how to nourish ourselves, how to reset gently, how to listen to our bodies with kindness… we can move past these moments and keep building our foundation in health. So today, I’m drinking broth, eating greens, and reminding myself: I know how to care for this body. I know how to come back. If you’re feeling a little cruddy, too? You’re not alone. Let’s reset together, one meal, one breath, one choice at a time.

Regenerative Farming: From Soil to Soul
Regenerative farming isn’t just about growing food — it’s about healing the land and nourishing our bodies from the ground up. By rebuilding soil health, increasing biodiversity, and reducing synthetic inputs, regenerative practices create food that’s richer in nutrients and better for your gut. Healthy soil supports a healthy microbiome, in the earth and in you. In my course, we’ll explore how regenerative principles connect directly to: - 🥕 Nutritional density and seasonal food choices - 🌿 Gut health and emotional steadiness - 🌎 Earth rhythms and sustainable living This is farming as healing, and it’s woven into every ritual, menu, and rhythm I share.

Did you know carrots weren’t always orange?
For thousands of years, they grew in shades of purple, yellow, red, and white. The orange carrot we know today was cultivated in the Netherlands in the 16th century, some say as a tribute to the House of Orange. So, every time you crunch into an orange carrot, you’re tasting a little piece of history. Have you ever tried rainbow carrots from a farmers' market? Which color do you think tastes the sweetest? If you could grow just one color in your garden, which would you choose? Carrots aren’t just crunchy snacks; they’re 89% water, packed with fiber, and loaded with beta‑carotene that your body turns into vitamin A. That’s why they’ve been called one of the most perfect health foods. Which way do you love carrots most, raw and crisp, roasted and sweet, or blended into soups and stews?” Carrots are my favorite vegetable!
