This is the part of the journey we don’t always talk about: the side paths. The moments we veer off course, indulge, forget, or just say “yes” to something that doesn’t quite serve us. And that’s okay.
A healthier life isn’t built on perfection; it’s built on knowing how to return. When we understand how to nourish ourselves, how to reset gently, how to listen to our bodies with kindness… we can move past these moments and keep building our foundation in health.
So today, I’m drinking broth, eating greens, and reminding myself: I know how to care for this body. I know how to come back.
