This coach I follow (and was trained by) shared a really important story and sentiment in an email this week and I wanted to share screenshots because it is such a great reminder of what we are building here. Not only are we here to see more women+ rise, but we are here to see us all do it together. Let’s be generous with each other. The patriarchy made it up, this notion that women are competitive. It was only ever a survival mechanism, it’s not real. We are collaborators.
