@Valentina Uhlke "different employees may have different needs when it comes to social connection, structure, feedback and belonging." this is correct and is what is needed to be discovered during the trial period, or the first interview as well, to better work together, or to better advice someone that is not so remotefirst as he/she wishes. And this topic is something we discussed and I often talk about with the other managers, because it's crucial for the people, and the company as well!

People Manager from Lisbon
Hello :) happy to be here and can't wait to koin some events! I m Angela, People Manager working remotely mainly from Lisbon. I have too many projects in mind and too difficult to really start with one. For the moment I m managing the remote team with great success and also, being Aerial Yoga teacher, giving classes from time to time. I strongly believe we women need more spaces like this, so here also to contribute anyway I can!
