Pains of Love — The Book That Took 30 Years to Write
First of all, I’d like to invite all members living in Portugal to my official book presentation on November 14, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., in São Domingos de Rana (all the details are on the invitation image). I’d love to see you there, so please come along and bring a friend! ☺️ "Pains of Love and Other Sorrows" is a poetry book written in both Portuguese and English, featuring illustrations drawn by me. For our international ladies, if you’d like to get a copy, you can find my book on Amazon: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B0HLDFB8HR I’d be truly grateful for your support, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback, too. ❤️ But what about the 30 years? I started writing poetry when I was around 16. It was a form of self-expression, although I never gave it much credit. I wrote for a while, until life got in the way and led me in a different direction. Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with who I was, and my Sleeping Beauty phase began. I didn’t wake up to a prince’s kiss 😘, but there was certainly a spark 🔥 that brought me back to life. I started writing again, rescuing old poems from storage and dust, and eventually realized, in my late forties, that perhaps I was never meant to choose between words and images, between literature and art. Maybe I was always meant to bring them together in my own way. And that’s the beautiful thing about dreams: it’s never too late to return to the things we once dreamed of, or to discover that they were part of who we were all along. ✨

Are you bored of being an adult?
Hello fabulous FF's! 👋 I'm Jen, and I have been building The Hideout, a summer camp for adults where we bring back the fun, playfulness, and sense of connection that somehow gets lost along the way when we become grown-ups (boo!!). I hosted my first camp this past May in Brandenburg, and have held Side Quests around Berlin (smaller camp-like activities) since. I'm now working on expanding the concept for 2027 :) My background is in community building and events, and I'm particularly interested in how we can create experiences that bring people together in meaningful (and slightly ridiculous) ways. I'm navigating the wonderfully chaotic world of entrepreneurship for the first time, so I'm here to connect with other women building things, exchange experiences, learn from each other, and hopefully meet some of you over coffee!

Hi from Lisbon! Helping people switch to manual mode
Hi everyone! I’m Sal, Portuguese and back home near Lisbon after 12 years at Google in Dublin. I’m also a mum of two, navigating the transition from corporate life to building something of my own. :) I co-founded The Manual Break from a feeling I couldn’t ignore: the more digital our lives become, the more valuable it feels to make something with our hands and connect with people who live at a different pace. We create experiences guided by Portuguese artists and grandmothers, from afternoons of making, food and stories to creative weekends in the countryside. Looking for accountant in Spain
Hi everyone! I am looking for someone who can support me with budgeting and accounts for both my personal and business ventures.
