Hi everyone, so glad to be a part of this community! My name is Zuza and I’m a somatic coach helping women in leadership and freelancers to handle stressful situations with confidence and self trust. We achieve this by finding behavioural patterns rooted in the body and building a toolkit to regulate and change habits in the long term. I might have had the weirdest career before that - starting with public relations, spending several years in corporate product management, then shifting into software development, teaching coding and data science, to end with crypto where I was building ecosystems and supporting founders as a coach. Privately - I’m a dog mum living in the south of Portugal in Lagos, I have a small campervan (that I’m currently traveling in) and I love movement. You name it - trail running, surfing, Muay Thai, hiking, gym, biking, and more!
