Here's how it works:

You earn points when other members like your posts, comments, and replies. One like = one point. That's it. No tricks, no shortcuts.

What that means practically: the men who contribute — who ask honest questions, share what they're working through, respond to what others post — are the ones who grow here. In rank and in formation.

The levels:

Level 1 — 0 points
Level 2 — 5 points
Level 3 — 20 points
Level 4 — 65 points
