There's an old story that I heard about a man that carried 2 pots with a poll across his shoulders. While one pot was perfect, the other pot had a crack in it. Everyday, they walked the same dusty road. The perfect pot arrived full every time, the cracked pot arrived half empty every time dripping water the whole way. One day the cracked pot said to the man, "I'm sorry that I'm not like the other one. I lose what you put inside me." The man smiled and said, "look at your side of the road." The cracked pot looked and saw that there were flowers blooming all along his side of the road. The man said, "I've planted seeds along the path and you have been watering them for years!" Some of you think that the cracks in your life are a curse. The Divorce. The anxiety. The past the you wish you could erase. Weakness that you keep praying that God will remove, but what if God is using it? What if the place that you leak is the place that he has planted? 2 Corth 12:9 says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness." Not in perfection. Not in performance. In weakness! God isn't asking you to be flawless, He's asking you to be faithful. Walk you road. Carry what you can. Let God handle what spills. Because the very place your leaking, is the place God had been landscaping.
