這次每週報的主題 👉small talk: Do you live in a house or a flat(an apartment)? Is it big? I live in a townhouse. It’s not a "huge house," but it’s perfect for a small family like ours. We have a garage, a private parking spot, and even a spacious patio, which gives us some extra room. The best part? We don’t have neighbors above or below us, so we don't have to deal with any noise. We feel so lucky we found a detached unit that fits our budget! Why we love the area: The Vibe: Our community is super friendly and quiet since it’s a smaller neighborhood. There’s lots of grass, trees, a pool, and even a park with walking trails nearby. The Location: It’s so convenient! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the corner store and a 5-minute drive to the supermarket for groceries. Why it's special to us: This is the very first home my husband and I have ever bought. We did everything ourselves—moving in, decorating, and even fixing things up.No house is "perfect," but with a cozy home, a peaceful neighborhood, and a location with great resale value, it’s exactly where I want to be.
Do I need to cut back on deliveroo?
The article talks about how the writer realised he orders delivery too often, and even the delivery driver knows his name. He discusses the pros and cons of food delivery. It’s very convenient, fast and often comes with discounts or priority service. But on the other hand, it can make people lazy, unhealthy and spend more money. In the end, he suggests cooking more and spending a bit of time preparing food instead of always relying on delivery. 句子練習: 💡they know how to keep you hooked 他們很懂如何讓你上癮 例: Netflix keeps me hooked. 💡To be clear, + 我先說清楚 例: To be clear, I’m not against delivery food. 💡It’s becoming too much of a habit. Coffee is becoming too much of a habit. 💡It’s understandable that… It’s understandable people don’t want to cook. 💡that would require effort. I could go to the gym… but that requires effort. 💡X is the … equivalent of Y X就像Y 例:Instagram is the modern equivalent of a diary.

各式美髮『描述』 e.g. soften your feature 讓臉部看起來更柔和/ frame your face better 修飾臉型 襯托臉型/ giving you more femininity look 給你更多女人味/ exude more femininity with your ‘do. ① blunt 一刀剪(平剪、沒有層次) e.g I want a blunt cut. ② lob=long bob 長鮑伯頭(大概落在鎖骨附近) e.g. She got a lob last week. 🌟blunt lob= 「一刀剪+長鮑伯」 e.g. she got a blunt lob with curtain bangs.

Below to the article , Choosing the best sunscreen is critical for your skin! Let’s take a look! 👀 Here’s what I learned ⬇️ 1. clog pores 毛孔阻塞;pore-clogging ingredients 毛孔阻塞成分 2. trigger breakouts 引起爆痘 e.g. This product is easy to trigger breakouts / Stress often triggers breakouts.
