「不要害怕在學英文的時候使用中文。」 這句話真的完完全全打中我。 是啊，為什麼在學習或練習英文時，只要用中文思考、轉換、翻譯，就會覺得自己不夠好、好像不應該？但中文(母語)的理解能力，本來就是支撐我們轉換成英文的基礎，不是嗎？ 想到女兒們小時候，幫她們選幼稚園及國小後的英文補習班時，大家都說：越早學英文越好，但也有另一派理論：「先把中文學好，再學英文。」現在回頭看，真的很有道理！ 在看影片回放時，跟著Aelly的引導及聽同學們的分享，一步一步的練習、堆疊，發現收穫真的很多😍，我會繼續練習「用」英文的🙌🏻

常常看完英文文章或聽完一段podcast真的都默默覺得好像都聽懂了！ 但如果被問到：你剛剛懂了什麼?你看到了什麼? 我就卡住了!! 我講不出任何英文句子!😵‍💫 有時我就會陷入迷思的問我自己為什麼英文這麼差?!! 或者要解釋時就跑出一段奇怪的英文~ 這樣的狀況常常發生以前跟外師老師上課時，總被老師用的無奈和莫名其妙的表情看著我， 甚至說被說：你不要再先思考中文然後翻成英文好嗎? 我私底下都會大哭不知所措!😭 今天跟Alley說了我的狀況後，她引導我--先用最簡單的一句話去解釋我了解了什麼? 然後就用那句最簡單的中文去講成英文~ 頓時，我好像又能說英文的感覺！ 我太長一段時間被外師說不要想中文，應該讓英文直接輸出這件事情， 但是~~~ 對啊 我就是中文母語人士啊!如果我連中文都無法解釋我剛剛理解了什麼? 我到底是要怎麼用英文分享??!!😏 謝謝Alley的指導，讓我今天有大大的突破和收獲💡

Today, my friends and I went to the theater to watch a movie. We hadn’t been to the theater in a long time. We watched “Sunshine Girls Choir,” which has been really popular lately. A lot of people said it would be a tearjerker, and we didn’t really believe it at first—but turns out, we cried our eyes out. 中文很愛說「哭爆」、「很好哭」、「是能多好哭」，到底要怎麼用英文表達呢？ ✅We cried our eyes out. ✅We cried a lot. ✅a tearjerker ✅We were doubtful / skeptical about how emotional it could be. 哭完了還是要轉換成有用的英文資訊喔😂(對自己喊話)
