I saw some articles and reels that said lemons are good for the body, so I bought a box of lemons these days.
This morning, I drank lemon water. I also searched online and chose one article to read.
I think many people like lemon water because it is easy and cheap to make. It helps keep your body hydrated and supports your immune system, heart, and skin.
However, some experts say the acid in lemons can hurt your teeth or contribute to acid reflux, so you should be careful.
