❗️keep up with vs. follow 的差別❗️
今天在練習雅思口說的時候，其中講到一句：
💬 This means they have to keep up with new technology.
當時就在想：「keep up with 是『跟上』的意思嗎？」
好巧不巧，果然是！ 但這時候心裡又冒出一個疑惑：
那它跟 follow 差在哪裡？這時候透過 ChatGPT 得知⬇️
🚶🏻 Follow me. 🚶🏻♀️
= Come with me / Go where I go.
🏃🏻♀️💨 Keep up with me! 😩
= Don’t fall behind! Stay at my speed.
像我雅思口說裡的：
keep up with new technology
就是「跟上新科技的發展」，不要被科技進步甩在後面🏃🏻♀️💨
