這兩次參加 QA 後，我開始比較知道自己口說到底「卡」在哪裡。 第一次 QA 後，我開始聽其他同學的分享，也試著用 Alley 教的方法對照中英文觀察「同一個意思，英文會怎麼表達」。結束QA的很多「嗯、呃」的地方，但當時還沒有想到可以怎麼調整，也有小小沮喪。但很開心的是，我真的用到了之前跟 Alley 對談時學過的 oversleep。 第二次 QA後，我開始嘗試復盤：遇到明顯卡住的地方就停下來，先想「我原本到底想表達什麼？」再試著用英文說一次。 這次也讓我更理解「中翻英」和「換一種方式用英文表達」的差別。想不到精準單字時，不一定要卡在那裡，可以用自己會的簡單英文繞過去。 另外，我原本比較關注 M.I.N.D. 的 N、D，但最近重新接觸教材後，才發現自己其實正在經歷很多 M 的部分：單字、語感、畫面，以及讓英文和生活經驗建立連結。 第一次 QA，我發現自己會卡；第二次，我開始理解自己為什麼卡，練習的方式還在慢慢成形，紀錄下這兩次QA的一些回饋

上次在 coffee chat和同學們聊天的過程中，聽到同學在分享自己的事情，因為從來不是我會做的，所以聽到後會覺得很難想像那個情境跟那些感覺，我很想要表達，可是我講不出來要怎麼說。 我想說「我很難想像……」的時候，第一個想到的是：I can’t have the same feel… 🤔 但查完才發現，原來更自然的說法是：It’s hard to imagine… It’s hard to imagine = 我很難想像…… 🧠造樣造句： - It’s hard to imagine living without the internet. - 很難想像沒有網路的生活。 - It’s hard to imagine what she went through. - 很難想像她經歷了什麼。

前幾次參加 Q&A 的時候，Alley 請我分享目前在日本一天的生活。當下我覺得自己講得很不順，也有很多想說的內容沒有表達出來。 過幾天剛好看到一個 podcast 在分享「日本媽媽都會早起準備早餐和便當」，我心裡想：這不就是在說我嗎！🤣 所以我把 podcast 裡學到的句子，跟自己的生活連在一起，又重新整理了一次自己想表達的內容。 I think it’s really common in Japan for moms to make breakfast and bento for their kids. I do that too. I live in Japan now, and I feel really busy. I have to get up at the same time every weekday morning and make breakfast and lunch for my son because he needs to bring his bento to school. My husband does the drop-off, and I do the pick-up. Around 2 p.m., I get ready to pick him up from school. I have to leave home early because I need to take the train and walk to his school. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get there.
