"洗照片"跟"底片"怎麼說? 原來這些單字我都會呀🤣
Felix 的 uncle 送了他一台舊式的拋棄式底片相機。現在的小孩應該很少看過這種相機，腦中在想要怎麼介紹給日本同學知道。
Felix 後來有拿這台相機跟日本同學一起拍照。我想跟他們解釋，這種相機不像手機一樣，可以馬上看到照片，要等底片洗出來之後才看得到。
我可以這樣說：
This is an old-style camera.
You can take pictures with it, but you can’t see them right away.
I’m going to get the photos developed.
We have to wait for the photos to be developed.
When they’re ready, I’ll bring them to you.
這次學到的 useful chunks：
- old-style camera = 老式相機
- disposable film camera = 拋棄式底片相機
- can’t see the pictures right away = 不能馬上看到照片
- get the photos developed = 去洗照片／把照片拿去沖洗
- wait for the photos to be developed = 等照片洗出來
- When they’re ready... = 等照片好了之後……
- I’ll bring them to you. = 我會再帶來給你們
👉我特別想記住 get the photos developed，因為以前看到「洗照片」很容易直覺想到 wash，但英文會用 develop。
