Mental stamina and willpower ARE an exhaustible resource.
When you spend yours on the uncontrollables, you end up without enough left in the tank to take care of what YOU CAN CONTROL - sacrificing your progress, your growth, and the impact you can make each day.
Remember the only kind of control God calls you to have is SELF CONTROL.
