What's good Wednesday
Today I'm grateful for growing into someone who doesn't let the offenses of others make me bitter but rather encourages me to pray for them to do/feel better and I'm grateful for being extended the same grace when my ugly shows 🧡✝️🌻
Get yo minds right
Happy Soulful Sunday Funday Fambam!!! As we rest, relax, and rejoice in this beautiful day the Lord has made, let us be renewed into lights of love, ready to walk it like we talk it and to be the change we so desperately wish to see in this broken, hurting world. I pray these words of wisdom take root and transform our divided, prideful hearts into those who choose to be doers of the word, not just hearers of the word. "It doesn't matter how many Sundays you sit in church. God sees what you do and how you treat people. That's what really matters." Anonymous Let's start the week off on the right foot and choose to love others like Jesus by first choosing those gorgeous attitudes of gratitude, choosing to do ALL things in love and choosing to purposely live out loud today and errryday 🥳 Sending all the love, laughter, light and only them good good Amby vibey vibes 🌞✝️🌻🌈🧡
What's Good Wednesday!
HappyWednesday you woofderfully made weirdos!!! I know it's been a while since I've sent out the #dailyAmbyAlert but Joyce Meyer is speaking straight to my heart this morning and ya girl gotta tell ya something gooooood meow.... I know I'm always telling people to "get like me," that love makes time for others and how I truly enjoy being busy and whatnot but sometimes I really do live an unsustainable lifestyle and y'all should in fact, NOT GET LIKE ME, in that aspect. I always want to be everything to everyone and do ALL THE THINGS, but I do actually have limits and believe it or not, I HAVE been being better about giving myself rest days and not just surving on caffeine, worship music and my attitude of gratitude and I pray that y'all are doing the same. "Are you living a sustainable life? Maybe you've caught yourself saying things like, "I can't do this much longer. I just can't keep this up forever." When you make comments like these, what you're really saying is, "I know I have limits and that I've reached them, but I'm going to ignore them and see how long I can get by with it." Our body gives us warnings when we're pushing too hard, like an ache here or a pain there. But we think, "I'll be all right," and we ignore the warnings until we're too sick to ignore them. I'm not proud of this, but for the first twenty years of my ministry, I felt physically terrible a lot of the time. I ran to doctors and tried all kinds of pills and vitamins. The doctors tried to tell me that I was simply pushing myself too hard, but I ignored them. I kept pushing myself to do all the traveling, speaking engagements, meetings, and so on, simply exhausting myself. Finally, I realized that we can't ignore God's direction to take time to rest and not pay a price for it. So I made some changes and now I feel better than I ever have. If you are living an unsustainable life, stop putting off making the changes you need to make. Don't wait until something happens, like a nervous breakdown or a heart problem. Make changes now to live the kind of life God wants you to live. When you live God's way, I can guarantee you'll discover an overwhelming new level of peace in your life:

Monday mood
Today I'm grateful for my God given gift of honoring others by making them feel valued and special and loved beyond measure. I am equally grateful for those who do the same and share that gift with me as well ✨️ 💖

@Justin Marsha One habit is by sharing what I'm grateful for and also doing my best to make people smile everyday! I also try to share the ugly things in my life, past and present, with others so that they don't feel alone, ashamed or guilty about whatever ugliness they are struggling with.
Winter Relief Volunteers
Hey fambam! For my local Anne Arundel County folks... Not sure if y'all are aware, but there is a program called Winter Relief that many of the churches in our area participate with, and it's where we house the homeless, feed them, love them, fellowship with them, etc, and our church (Riva Trace Baptist) desperately needs help with volunteers. Our church usually helps for a week in early January but the schedule was changed this year and most folks aren't available the week of March 8th thru March 16th. We need help with transportation, night hosts for men and women, breakfast and dinner. If you have any interest in being the hands and feet and helping to care for our neighbors, please reach out and let me know. Thanks kindly and sending all them good good Amby vibes vibes your way!
