Meta ads is full of bugs- no, you're not crazy or doing something wrong! If you launch a campaign and Meta seems to be glitching or bugging out, just rebuild it. The platform is very complicated and it is always being changed and updated (especially now). We've seen this several times- a campaign that has been running well all of a sudden stops delivering, AI enhancements start turning back on, ads are running that shouldnt be live etc etc. Just rebuild and see if that helps.
