We’re experiencing repeated rejections for all ads using Instant Forms under “Misusing lead ads,” even after removing all qualifying questions, budget fields, conditional logic, and using neutral, descriptive copy. This is happening across different ads and creatives, including very basic forms with only prefilled contact fields. It appears to be a tool-level or account-level enforcement issue rather than a content violation. We’d appreciate a manual review of the ad account’s ability to use Instant Forms and guidance on how to restore normal lead ad approvals.
