What did I glean from the LIVE? Connection Before Conversion 🤝 Most people jump straight to: “Here’s what I do…” “Here’s my link…” That’s the fastest way to get ignored. You wouldn’t propose on the first conversation… So don’t pitch on the first message. Instead: Ask about them Notice something specific (profile, post, story) Start a natural conversation 📌 The goal early on is comfort, not conversion. Curiosity Wins Conversations 🧠 Good connectors don’t talk more… they ask better questions. Instead of: “What do you do?” Go deeper: “What got you into that?” “Do you enjoy it or just doing it for now?” “What would you rather be doing if time/money wasn’t a factor?” 👉 Questions like this open people up emotionally, not just logically. And here’s the key: People feel connected when they feel understood. Remember a key point: People before profits.
