Using a Barbell to Warm-Up
For those of you who enjoy barbell training, here is a simple and effective way to incorporate the barbell into a full body warm up.
If the 20kg bar is a bit heavy you can use a 15kg bar, or the smaller bars most gyms have. A PVC pipe is fine if that is your start point.
