Gratitude 9/1/26
Managed a good gym session today with new moves I haven’t really done before. Glad I pushed through the challenge. See how I feel tomorrow! Had a member of my community tell me how they were able to have a challenging conversation with their boss. They credited a message I made previously to them that gave them the encouragement to do so. I’m so happy for their achievement! I’m grateful for the community I have that allowed us to meet in the first place. Pretty cool stuff

Your modest. @Daniel Halls did a session usually reserved for soldiers and front line personnel and nailed it.
Your Skool Feed Is Where Members Actually Are
Many Skool community creators focus heavily on monetising through their classrooms. However, from my time on Skool, I’ve noticed that only a small percentage of members regularly engage with the classroom content. The majority of members spend their time in the community feed. Because of this, I believe the social feed will be one of the biggest factors in whether a Skool community succeeds or slowly dies. If you run a Skool community, it may be worth taking a step back and asking yourself how you can increase the activity and value inside your feed. At the same time, think about how you can naturally guide members from the feed into the classroom—without discouraging or interrupting the members who are already active. If you run a community, what strategies have you found that help with this? Are there any clear patterns you’ve noticed that drive engagement and movement between the feed and the classroom?

Absolutely true. I felt like a grand opening when i launched my Skool, the classroom the centrepiece yet like you say many prefer to use the feed, and from there might be directed to a course, but they're not sitting around or spending much time in the classroom. Whereas as you say the feed is the centre of connection and therefore should be given far higher priority that the classroom (not to be ignored either obviously).
Daily Journal 7/1/26
Warm one today topped 41 outside. I appreciate the air conditioner today. Put up the kids pool today so they loved having a splash after their day at child care. Managed a good work out this morning. Mood feeling pretty good today. Ticked some boxes and got to watch some cricket. So a good day overall! How was your day?

Sounds like you've made the dream start to the year, kept the big rocks consistent and changed up some routines and are flying it, setting the example. This update would make for a good video update as well. Short update and easily watchable.

@Daniel Halls me too, i'm trying to find a software that does most of the work for me so I can just upload and forget in a way.
Broke the top 500 for Self-Improvement category. 📚 🙌
I have been working on my community for about 6 weeks now. When I first started, I was not even discoverable. Over time with now 33 members, and daily communication, a growing classroom and activities with my community, I have just cracked into the to 500 for Self-Improvement category. Any of those in my community here, thank you. It has been 6 weeks of learning, and it's been amazing! If you feel you want to join my community, give me a 🤟and I can share the link with you. Appreciate the support here in this community.

Stellar community!
Taking a Break.
I'll be back. I'll check in from time to time. May not be back consistently until next week or next month.
