Welcome to the Evolutionary Agilist™ Community! 🚀
Hey team, I’m Jeremy Berriault, founder of Berriault & Associates and the Evolutionary Agilist™ approach. I’m stoked you’re here, whether you’re a seasoned change leader, a curious newcomer, or somewhere in between. This space is all about real talk, shared learning, and breaking free from the “one-size-fits-all” mindset that’s held agile back for too long. Around here, we care more about behaviours and adaptability than frameworks and buzzwords. If you’re looking for a place to grow, challenge assumptions, and help others do the same, you’re in the right spot. Why this community? Agility isn’t just sticky notes and sprints. It’s about people, trust, and the courage to try new things (even if it gets messy). My goal? To build a space where you can: - Ask questions and get honest answers (no BS) - Share what’s working—and what’s not - Learn from different industries and backgrounds - Have a bit of fun along the way Let’s kick things off: Drop a quick intro below! Let us know who you are, what brought you here, and one agile myth you keep hearing from others (the wilder, the better). Maybe it’s “Agile means no planning” or “Scrum fixes everything.” Whatever it is, let’s get it out in the open, no judgment, just curiosity. I’ll go first: I’m Jeremy, and the myth I hear most is “Agile is just for software teams.” I've helped teams across various industries apply agile thinking to transform their work, adapt, and evolve. . Your turn! Who are you, and what’s the silliest (or most frustrating) agile myth you’ve come across? Let’s get the conversation rolling. Excited to learn with you all! —Jeremy

Are Your Thoughts Helping or Hindering Your Well-Being? 🧠
Ever find yourself replaying that one awkward meeting or worrying you’re not “doing enough” at work, even when you’re giving it your all? You’re not alone. Most of us have invisible “mental grips” that quietly shape our day-to-day stress, motivation, and even our sense of accomplishment. It’s not just workload or deadlines that impact our well-being, it’s how we interpret, react, and sometimes get stuck in unhelpful thinking patterns. I’ve seen it first-hand (and lived it myself): you can be doing all the “right things” and still feel like you’re spinning your wheels. That’s why I created the Cognitive Bias Self-Assessment for Work-Life Wellbeing. It’s a quick, judgement-free check-in to help you spot common thinking traps—like focusing on negatives, avoiding change, or downplaying your wins—that might be quietly holding you back. Here’s what you’ll get out of it: - A clear snapshot of your current mindset (no sugar-coating, just self-awareness) - Easy-to-follow “belt level” scoring—because everyone’s on their own journey - Practical next steps to break free from stress cycles and build healthier habits My ask: Take 5–10 minutes to complete the assessment in the attached file. Afterwards, share one insight or “aha moment” in the comments, or just let us know your belt level! We are a community of people working on their mental game together.
