Hey team,
I’m Jeremy Berriault, founder of Berriault & Associates and the Evolutionary Agilist™ approach. I’m stoked you’re here, whether you’re a seasoned change leader, a curious newcomer, or somewhere in between.
This space is all about real talk, shared learning, and breaking free from the “one-size-fits-all” mindset that’s held agile back for too long. Around here, we care more about behaviours and adaptability than frameworks and buzzwords. If you’re looking for a place to grow, challenge assumptions, and help others do the same, you’re in the right spot.
Why this community?
Agility isn’t just sticky notes and sprints. It’s about people, trust, and the courage to try new things (even if it gets messy). My goal? To build a space where you can:

I’m Jeremy, and the myth I hear most is “Agile is just for software teams.” I've helped teams across various industries apply agile thinking to transform their work, adapt, and evolve.
