What is Evolutionary Agilist™?
Evolutionary Agilist™ is a behaviour-first learning community for leaders and teams who want agility that actually sticks. Less framework worship. More real-world leadership, decision-making, and team dynamics.

What do I get in the premium tier (VIP — $1,999/year)?
Guide is for people who want coaching, accountability, and faster implementation. Everything in Practitioner, plus:
- Monthly Guide Coaching Session (live coaching)
- 6 × 30-minute 1:1 implementation check-ins per year
- Priority questions (faster responses in the community)
What’s the difference between the monthly Q&A and the monthly coaching session?
- Course Q&A / Office Hours (Premium + VIP): You bring questions about the course content, worksheets, and applying the material. It’s tactical and focused on unblocking you.
- Guide Coaching Session (VIP only): This is real coaching. We work on your situation, your behaviours, your decisions, and what you’ll change next.
When are the live calls?
- Course Q&A / Office Hours: Second-to-last Wednesday of each month
- Guide Coaching Session: Last Wednesday of each month
Exact times and the monthly schedule are posted inside the community.
Are there quizzes and worksheets?
Yes.
- Worksheets: Included in paid tiers (Premium and VIP)
- Quizzes/self-checks: Included in paid tiers to reinforce learning
These are designed for learning and application. They are not a formal credential.
How do the 1:1 sessions work (VIP tier)?
Guide members get 6 × 30-minute 1:1 implementation check-ins per membership year.
- Sessions must be used within 12 months
- Max 1 session per calendar month
- Sessions are booked using the booking link inside the community
- 48-hour reschedule policy (unless there’s an emergency)
What does “priority questions” mean (VIP tier)?
Guide members can tag questions in the priority thread.
- Typical response time: within 24–48 business hours
- Note: This is not 24/7 support, and it’s not a replacement for consulting work
What’s the cancellation / refund policy?
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on annual memberships.
- Email/message us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll process the refund.
- After 14 days, refunds aren’t available.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes.
- You can upgrade from Free to Premium or VIP anytime.
- You can upgrade from Premium to VIP anytime.
Can I share my login or content with others?
No. Membership is for one person. If your team wants access, reach out and we’ll set up a team option.
What’s expected of me as a member?
Be respectful, curious, and helpful.
- No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks
- No spam or aggressive selling
- Keep client/company details confidential unless you have permission
If you’re unsure what’s okay to share, anonymize it.
Is my information confidential?
We’ll treat what you share with respect. That said, this is a community space, not a private coaching container. Please don’t post sensitive or regulated information.
How do I get help?
