Some cheeky celebration
Those not on socials not quite race season, but lots of running races going down. Today Nathalie impressed again taking silver at the National 10mile champs at Strathy Park. Aileen with her son secured da gold at the Monikie duathlon series.
Catriona after a case of race jitters chopped 3 mins off her half M PB in Carlisle last weekend. Chapeau ladies. Direct correlation between work going in and rewards coming out.
