Without doubt one of, if not the best LD tri in the world. Sam Laidlaw setting a new fastest time at 7:21. Thats for me almost unbelievable. I remember Luc Van Lierde set a new world best there at 7:56 and at the time thinking how insane that was. and I were chatting the current age group times for long distance and the improvement levels are indeed remarkable.
