Where to try wetsuits
I need to change wetsuit as fit is poor on current one and need to get one that fits properly. Is there anywhere in Scotland that has good suits to try on? Currently have Huub Agilis Brownlee one which is too short in torso, back fills with water and shoulders feel restricted. Any help appreciated

Tri Bike - Which One?
So I recently had a bike fit and found that the optimum position for me was a long way from what I had been using. The result is my Trek Emonda has been sold (turn out I had a frame size too small). Now caught in a quandary about do I get another road bike I can adapt to fit me then still use later on the road, or get a time trial bike that is dialed into to my fit? I do have a Specialized Diverge that I train on during winter that is actually a great fit for me, and can flip it between gravel and road set up, so not sure I really need a second road bike. Anyway would appreciate thought from those that have TT bikes, I should say that doing my first Ironman distance in July but likely to drop back to Standard and Sprint in coming years. Cheers Tom

@Zoe Newsam Had a call with them this morning and sending me some more info. Really tempted to go with them, have been very good at asking for fit data before recommending bike and even mocked up the frame and cockpit with my settings to show me. Aim to make final decision early next week. Between then and Canyon.

So new bike day, Handsling TSTRevo arrived, first ride done and feels good. Service before ordering was great, less so once ordered as took 9 weeks instead of 6 promised and communication not great. That said they have been good over past few weeks and was worth the wait. Only challenge is I am not a skinny cyclist who can go super aero with narrow arm position for an hour. Being bigger triathlete I need wider spacing for pads, so some tririg adapters being ordered so I can get elbows a tad wider.

Bike Helmets for Ironman
I need to get a new bike helmet for doing my first ironman, so looking for any pointers. Couple of things to consider, firstly I sweat a lot so staying cool is quite important. Secondly I am not at pointy end and looking to gain every single second of advantage (So the ones that make you look like a dick - my wife's observation I should say, not on my shopping list). Whilst willing to pay a bit, not stupid money as already done that on a bike. Any thoughts, experiences and recommendations welcome. Thanks Tom

Have gone for Specialized Evade 3, as already have prevail and fits well. Gets good reviews and was also reduced which helps.

Choice of tyre
Need to get new tyres for road bike. Thinking of going up to 32. Any thoughts? Very tempted from a comfort and rolling resistance….?

I have just put 32's on gravel bike as I convert to road use for summer, really comfortable. especially with state of roads around me.

Metabolic Profiling
All the rage at the Stirling Triathlon Performance centre. There may be a reason for it. Dorian works with Arild Tveiten and is using INSYCD software to provide 360 metabolic profiling. We have completed 3 of these in the last 2 weeks and the insights are super beneficial. It allows us to be super accurate in doing the training that impacts each physiological marker. No doubt we will see more of this as time moves on.
