Hi everyone, I’m Karen from Perth, Australia 🌿

I created Elevate Myself, where I design journals, workbooks, and courses for women (especially 50+) navigating that in-between stage of life… where things are shifting and you’re not quite sure what comes next.

My work is more about rediscovery and reconnecting, rather than reinventing everything.

I’m more of a behind-the-scenes, writing-type introvert, so social media has never really felt like my place, which is why I’m so glad I found this group 😊.
