Clara helped me simplify
I was about to create a new freebie. I had the idea. The purpose. The audience. And then I paused. I am building and launching a programme this month. This week, I am opening conversations around it. Creating something new would have felt productive. But it would have divided my attention. So instead of asking what else I could add, I asked what needs my full attention. The answer was simple.
