Hello 👋🏼 I’m 47, unmedicated and feral 😉 Perimenopause has definitely added to my adventure! Started the group because I reached out for more information on BHRT, as I’m tired of feeling like I’m losing my mind and the insomnia is winning this battle. Would love to hear some of the experiences some of you may have with your BHRT. The good, the bad and the ugly of it all 😊
