Hi ladies! For those of you in perimenopause who are on progesterone, estrogen and testosterone did your doctor prescribe one at a time starting with progesterone? Did they wait a few months to see how you did on progesterone before upping your dose or adding estrogen and testosterone or were you able to go back to your doctor sooner than a few months after starting progesterone to up your dose or start estrogen and testosterone? I’ve only been on progesterone for 2 months but I feel like it’s just not doing much so far.
