no notebooks backup
Hello, I've asked for help for these issue to suport withs any answer. I need help! I've been having this problem for far too long and I urgently need a solution. I'm using a Remarkable 2 and Binder 5.0.10 (I've used previous versions). I think I've had this problem since Binder 4... The notebooks aren't saving on my computer running OSX 15.6.1. All the folders are saving except for one called "AGENDA" where I keep my EPCALSYNC calendars. BUT: There's nothing inside the folders, not even in the root directory :-( Please help me! Binder not connecting
I'm so confused - I have the older version of the EP Template Installer and Binder, but the new version (cloud) doesn't seem to recognize my Remarkable 2's password. Am I looking for this in the wrong place? I wouldn't think so, because both of my old apps still work appropriately with my Remarkable. Any ideas? I tried searching around, but didn't see any recent posts with similar issues.
Custom Screen E-ink connectivity issues
I have purchased (and REPURCHASED) a few versions of e-ink pad binder when I moved computers. I have a few screensavers/custom screens purchased on etsy that I have been using, but it seems from time to time they disappear. It used to be a fight, but last few rounds it was just plug and play using the drag and drop (pretty sure) option in e-ink pad with the IPaddress and password from the tablet menu per protocol. This last time nothing seems to be working. Is there a workaround for just uploading these onto the correct screens? (restart, shutdown, sleep) Also..currently running 2.3.6 with a Remarkable2 Tablet. that is probably helpful info ;)
Binder does not work
I wish Binder was working for me... But I still stick around. I would love to be able to upload new templates and tools manually. What is the best way to work around this?
