Error updating ep-binder on a work computer. Updating app for my director and get an JavaScript error. The auto update failed, so tried from the download manaully.

Hoping to get some assistance with my troubleshooting the latest version of EP Binder; Im not sure what is going on but I tell it to download all binder or individually click on it and nothing seems to happen. - OS Windows: 11 - Tablet: Remarkable 2 - Connectivity: USB Cable (Verified) - Firewall Disabled I also have Adobe Pro Installed on my system, not sure if thats causing an issue, not entirely sure what the software dependencies are for this application

Some time back, I bought Binder. I was under the impression I needed it in order to install something else, but that was incorrect. I still have it installed but have no idea - none - zero of what it is supposed to be good for. Nothing I can find online or in the app itself gives my an inkling of a clue what this app is supposed to do. Can anyone give me a few sentence summary of what Binder does?

I can't turn off the carrousel. Although it's turned off after turning off the remarkable the annoying carrousel keeps appearing. As a solution i thought it would help turning them on but that also seems a problem. Look at video. anyone the same problem or a solution?
