Help with syncing

I am also trying to contact support about Binder not syncing. I also cannot get the apps to install on my Macs as applications. I have followed all of the directions and troubleshooting. I paid a lot of money for these 2 apps and I am so disappointed they are not working. Calsync is installed and synced once, but I wanted to upgrade to pro so it syncs with both computers. I am reluctant because of the lack of support. Please advise.
