Hi @Jason Smith ! Thank you so much for getting back to me! I am so excited to get these working and hope to buy Pro so I can sync between my Mac desktop and laptop. Yes, I am running the silicone chip on both Macs. Calsync is working. It is binder that won't connect. It seems to be competing with calsync. I have tried all troubleshooting in your videos and help sections. The first screenshot is of calsync diagnositics. I just upgraded to 1.7.4. It is syncing and working well. I am syncing through internet connection on my Macbook. I hope to be able to sync on both computers once I upgrade to Pro (I hope to do so but want to be sure I can use the applications on at least one computer first). Error message after diagnostic check for Calsync is second screenshot. However it is syncing through internet connection. Screenshot #3 is what I see when I paste the onetime code to connect binder to the same computer. Is it not possible to connect both using internet? I have not found any help docs or videos on this issue. Screenshot #4 is when I try to sync binder and run diagnostics through internet. Screenshot #5 is when I try to connect via USB. I can assure you the device password is correct. I have retyped it a million times. It is the password found in the remarkable help section just below GPLv3 Compliance. (password does not include an i or 1) Screenshot #6 is when I switch to the other USB IP address from the same help section on my device. You can also see in screenshot #7 that I have allowed both calsync and ebinder to pass through my firewall. I also attempted turning the firewall off completely and syncing. Same error code occurs either way. Screenshot #7 is after disabling the firewall on the laptop. Two last notes: contacting support through the app gets you no support. I think if you are going to have that option, it needs to be helpful and actually reach support. I cannot add either program to my applications on the Mac. When I drag them to the Apps application, they will not add.
