On this platform, you'll find all the resources you will need to succeed. - "Calendar" Tab: Go ahead and add the zoom calls directly to your calendar so you don't miss one - "Classroom" Tab: You immediately receive access to your purchased journey(s). The first course to go through is "Start Here" (duh) to give you an overview of your program. Then, if it's your first time here, you must complete the '21-Day-Detox' in order to move on to our other journeys. - "Members" Tab: Here you have access to other men and women around the world who are reclaiming their focus, energy, and life alongside with you. Feel free to reach out to connect, and support each other as you all continue to expand in this process. We also have convenient categories for you to post in: - "Start Here & Announcements" is for this post & admins to post important updates. - "Wins" is for you posting all of your successes throughout your journey (there will be a lot!). - "Questions & Coaching" is a space for your to ask any questions for support, challenges that come up during your detox, and our coaches will respond to you within 24 hours (M-F). - "Daily Check-in" is where you can post your daily disciplines (this is important to remain on track). You can post a check mark indicating that you completed everything, post a picture of your notion board, or post a picture of yourself in the gym saying that you crushed.. doesn't matter, just post. (also post if you failed, so our coaches can support you) - "Accountability" is for NEW COMMITMENTS For all journeys, we have a Cohort Coaching Call every Sunday @ 5pm EST. You will be put into breakout rooms with your cohort for that season, and we will return together for a mastermind and weekly curriculum.

Reclaiming My Attention
Sup, my name is Evan Dobis. I’m from the USA, in the state of Montana. Lately I’ve had a pretty big realization, I’m living a huge portion of my life through my phone. My screen time is around 8 hours a day, and while I know I can lower it, the truth is I haven’t been intentional enough about it. That time adds up, and I can feel how much it’s been limiting me pulling me away from being present and from the people and things that actually matter in my real life. I’m at the point where I’m willing to go cold turkey on the commitments I set for myself and take this seriously. I’m genuinely curious to see how things change, how my focus improves, and what opens up in my life when I stop giving so much of my attention to a screen. Looking forward to seeing how this plays out and growing with you all.
