Hey everyone, just wanted to tell you a quick story of mine with a happy ending, a little over a year ago, I weighed 106kg. Through dedication and hard work, I managed to drop to 86kg in about six months. After that, I lost track for almost a year, but last week, with Jame’s help, I’ve finally gotten back on track! Im now following a daily diet of 1200 calories and aiming for 160g of protein per day. My daily meals include: 200g of chicken 100g of grilled shrimp A protein bar Protein coffee Post-workout: Iso Gold protein shake I know eating chicken every day can get boring, so ive started using Patak’s Butter Chicken spice cooking sauce ”not as a cooking sauce but as a paste to top my chicken. Its a simple, healthier way to add some flavor and keep things exciting! This journey has taught me that consistency is key, and its okay to stumble as long as you get back up.
