Hey everyone, just wanted to tell you a quick story of mine with a happy ending, a little over a year ago, I weighed 106kg. Through dedication and hard work, I managed to drop to 86kg in about six months. After that, I lost track for almost a year, but last week, with Jame’s help, I’ve finally gotten back on track! Im now following a daily diet of 1200 calories and aiming for 160g of protein per day. My daily meals include: 200g of chicken 100g of grilled shrimp A protein bar Protein coffee Post-workout: Iso Gold protein shake I know eating chicken every day can get boring, so ive started using Patak’s Butter Chicken spice cooking sauce ”not as a cooking sauce but as a paste to top my chicken. Its a simple, healthier way to add some flavor and keep things exciting! This journey has taught me that consistency is key, and its okay to stumble as long as you get back up. Lets keep pushing toward our goals! If anyone has tips, recipe ideas, or their own updates, id love to hear them!

Good evening everyone, hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to share my answers for the first module, and I hope it helps My 5 Why’s 1. Health: I want to improve my fitness to feel more energetic, reduce the risk of health issues, and ensure a long, active life. 2. Appearance: I want to feel more confident in my own body and be proud of how I look, whether it’s in photos or daily life. 3. Mental Well-Being: I know that regular exercise and achieving my goals will help me feel mentally stronger, happier, and more motivated. 4. Performance: I want to feel physically capable of doing activities I enjoy, like sports, hiking, or even traveling without feeling exhausted. 5. Lifestyle Upgrade: Losing weight and getting fit will unlock new opportunities, help me inspire others, and make me live my best life. My Dream Vision I see myself as fit, energetic, and in control of my health. I feel strong and confident in how I look—leaner and toned, with more defined muscles. My energy is consistent throughout the day, making me more productive at work and in life. I can keep up with any physical activity, from playing sports to spontaneous adventures. Life feels easier because my health no longer holds me back. This transformation gives me the confidence to explore new opportunities and feel truly proud of myself every day. My Affirmations 1. I love the energy and confidence that comes from staying active and healthy. My 12-Week Goal I have achieved a weight of 77kg while feeling stronger and more energetic. My workouts are consistent, and I have built a sustainable routine that I enjoy. My clothes fit better, and I feel confident in how I look and move. I have increased my stamina, allowing me to perform better in daily activities and enjoy life more fully. My health, mind, and body are thriving, and I am proud of the progress I’ve made.
