Madam, today I got a clarity on real diet plan and why CKD is not just about restrictions but following a healthy lifestyle in lab limits.

The diet session was extremely helpful to me, I request other members to take interest in these sessions. Members will get a lot of knowledge on various aspects of CKD like managing electrolyte imbalance successfully, which is unavailable anywhere. We all have overlapping situation, do watch those videos and try to participate in upcoming sessions. This is for the members. For last 8 months, I have been experimenting with different things because of no guidance but this session has given me a direction to manage my CKD.
