@Vivek Singh I dont think Elon Musk waits for that, competition, usa or china etc.. he pursues his goals like an insane. once a doctor in his 30s told him, u wont live beyond 40 with this much stress, sleeplessness, insanity for ur companies. I think he cares little for that, for his life length. He somehow transformed his neurons into AI circuitry.

Salt
A kidney patient, advised to restrict salt, and is taking telmisartan 20 mg to control blood pressure. If he consumes a little extra salt but continues taking telmisartan 20 mg, to nulliy the salt's effect on BP is that ok? Does salt affect the kidneys or nephrons in any way other than increasing blood pressure, thus making it bad for nephrons not only as an agent to raise BP?

uPCR and uACR formula related query
If uACR has to be less than 30 and uPCR has to be less than 20 to be normal, then do the actual albumin and creatnine readings before putting them in formula of uACR and the actual total protein and the crestinine readinds before putting them in the formula of uPCR matter? If someone has low protein in the urine sample test and low creatinine in the same, then dividing the protein by creatinine to get the uPCR and someone else, or the same person in a different urine sample, say, has higher protein and higher creatinine in the report, but by dividing the protein reading by the creatinine, the same uPCR readining comes in the second case. then, both caese have same uPCR, but inside, the total protein and total creatinine is lesser in the first case and higher in the second. This is confusing me, because, in the 2nd case, actual albumin or protein in the urine is high, actual creatinine in the urine also high, would not it mean problem? if I get the uPCR or uACR ratio, and find it ok or similar to the first case, it is beacuse the creatinine has also increased in the 2nd case, not only the albumin or protein. So uACR and uPCR formulas tend to say, ur urine had higher protein? oh dont bother it has high creatnine too, so just divide, look at the ratio reading and relax, it is confusing me.

Pathetic.
Low BP
My blood pressure had been running low for a few days, but yesterday morning it dropped to 80/50. I started sweating, my vision went dark, and I felt dizzy. I went to the hospital emergency room and saw my nephrologist. He discontinued both of my blood pressure medications—Telmisartan 40 and Metoprolol XR 12.5. The nephrologist also advised me to consult a cardiologist. The cardiologist agreed that it was best to stop both medications for the time being, until my blood pressure returned to normal levels. After that, I met the nephrologist again. Upon my strong insistence, instead of discontinuing the Telmisartan 40, he prescribed half the dose. I have proteinuria, which is why the nephrologist prescribed Telmisartan 40. While it didn't completely stop the protein leakage, it certainly reduced it. I haven't taken any blood pressure medication since last night, yet my blood pressure is currently 90/60. In the blood test I had at the hospital yesterday, both sodium and chloride levels came back below the normal range. This is the first time my test results have shown sodium and chloride levels outside the normal range. Since my blood pressure is still 90/60, I cannot even take half a dose of Telmisartan. I am afraid that stopping Telmisartan will further increase my protein leakage.
