One thing leadership is teaching me right now is... Already introduced yourself before? Join us again. Your answer to that last question may be completely different today than it was a few months ago. Then find at least one person's introduction and say hello. Connection doesn't happen because we're in the same community. It happens when we participate in it.

Let's talk about assumptions. A team member who usually contributes suddenly becomes quiet. What might you assume? That they're disengaged? Upset? Uninterested? Looking for another job? Maybe. But what else could be happening? This is where the Leadership Pause becomes valuable. Instead of immediately deciding what the behavior means, get curious. 💬 What question could you ask this team member that would help you understand what's actually happening? There isn't one perfect answer. Drop your question below and let's learn from how different leaders would approach the same situation.
