Friday Celebrations!!! 🎉
It's Celebrate Friday! 🎉 Before you rush into the weekend, take a minute to recognize something that went RIGHT this week. Big or small. Personal or professional. Maybe you had the conversation. Made the decision. Finished the project. Helped someone. Set a boundary. Tried something new. Or maybe you simply made it through a challenging week. 💬 What's worth celebrating? We'll celebrate with you. 💜

Did not finish the project, but got a great head way into it! Almost set a boundary, the other person is yet to know about it Tried Ethiopian food for the first time and loved it! Did not have the conversation, but made the decision to have one! Almost victories are sometimes a positive thing!
💜 Welcome Wednesday!
Today is all about welcoming the newest members of our Creating Cultures on Purpose community! If you're new, we're so glad you're here. Please jump in and tell us a little about yourself: 👋 Are you an early riser or a night owl? 😊 What’s one thing you love doing when you’re not working? And if you've been here for a while, you're invited to answer too! Then take a minute to welcome someone else or find someone you have something in common with. 🤝 Great communities aren't built simply by joining. They're built by getting to know one another. Welcome! We're glad you're here. 💜 — Dr. Stephanie Duguid

Absolutely an early riser. I tend to lose my energy after 8pm... When I'm not working, my dog would find me a menace. I love attacking him with kisses when he's sleeping peacefully! Welcome everyone!
Culture Is Created in the Small Moments
Happy Monday! Culture is not created only through major initiatives, important meetings, or words displayed on a wall. It is created through the everyday moments people experience: How we respond. How we communicate. How we handle challenges. How we make others feel. As you begin this week, choose one word to describe the culture you want to help create. My word is: intentional. 💬 What is your word for the week, and why did you choose it? “Culture is always being created. Let’s create it on purpose.” — Dr. Stephanie Duguid

Why Culture Begins With Us
Culture is not something other people create around us. Each of us influences it through the way we communicate, connect, respond, and lead. 🎙️ Our first Leadership Roundtable is tomorrow at noon Central. The link is already available in the community calendar. This is not a meeting with an agenda. This is a community coming together to share thoughts; Bring your ideas, experiences, and honest feedback as this community is for you! 💬 Before tomorrow, complete this sentence: A strong leadership community should feel __________. I cannot wait to read the comments…. Your input matters, and your voice matters! I welcome you to this space. How did it go Stephanie? I won't be able to make it to meetings in August, but it's in my plans to attend some in September...

One of the benefits of being a Founding Member is that your voice helps shape what this community becomes. So today... I'd love your ideas. Imagine it's six months from now. You log into this community and immediately think, "I'm so glad I joined today." What kinds of conversations, resources, events, or experiences would make you feel that way? Here are a few ideas to spark your thinking: 💬 Difficult conversations 🤝 Building trust 🌱 Burnout prevention 🎯 Accountability 🎙 Guest experts 📚 Book discussions ☕ Virtual coffee chats 🎤 Leadership Roundtables Or... Share something completely different! If another member suggests something you'd enjoy too, let them know by replying or giving their comment a 👍. Let's build this community together. Thank you for helping create a community where leaders learn, connect, and grow—together. — Stephanie

Difficult conversations.. by that did you mean discussions or classes or mini teachings? I'd love leadership round tables and virtual coffee chats!
