💜 Momentum Monday
As you begin this week, think about the culture you are helping create through your everyday leadership. You don't have to change everything at once. Sometimes intentional leadership begins by simply noticing one thing that could be different. 💬 What is one thing you want to be more intentional about in your leadership this week? Maybe it's how you communicate. How clearly you set expectations. How you connect with someone on your team. Or simply being more consistent in something you already know matters. Choose one. Start there. And today is a special day in our community! 💜 Our first Creating Culture on Purpose Leadership Masterclass is happening today at 12:00 noon CST. We'll explore Clarity, Communication, Connection, and Consistency, and then open the conversation for real leadership questions, challenges, and collaborative problem solving. I hope you'll join us! What will you lead more intentionally this week?

Let's Celebrate Together
Leadership is filled with big moments... But it's often the small victories that matter most. Maybe you: ✅ Had a difficult conversation. ✅ Encouraged a teammate. ✅ Tried something new. ✅ Learned an important lesson. ✅ Took time to care for yourself. Whatever your win looks like... We'd love to celebrate it with you. 🎉 Share one win from this week. Then, before you leave, celebrate someone else's win with a comment or encouragement. Leadership becomes even more meaningful when we cheer one another on. Thank you for making this community a place where leaders celebrate progress together. Have a wonderful weekend! — Stephanie

💜 Welcome Wednesday!
Today is all about welcoming the newest members of our Creating Cultures on Purpose community! If you're new, we're so glad you're here. Please jump in and tell us a little about yourself: 👋 Are you an early riser or a night owl? 😊 What’s one thing you love doing when you’re not working? And if you've been here for a while, you're invited to answer too! Then take a minute to welcome someone else or find someone you have something in common with. 🤝 Great communities aren't built simply by joining. They're built by getting to know one another. Welcome! We're glad you're here. 💜 — Dr. Stephanie Duguid

💡 Leadership Tip Tuesday: Practice the Pause
Not every moment requires an immediate response. When a conversation gets difficult, an email frustrates you, or something doesn't go as expected, practice the pause. Before you respond: Pause. Breathe. Consider. Then respond. That small space between what happens and how you respond gives you an opportunity to choose intention over reaction. 🎯 Try this today: The next time you feel yourself wanting to react quickly, pause for just a few seconds and ask yourself: “How do I want to show up in this moment?” Then respond from there. Sometimes the most powerful leadership move is simply giving yourself a moment to choose what comes next. 💬 What helps you pause before reacting? — Dr. Stephanie Duguid

What helps me pause is "How do I want to show up in this moment" and be remembered as having made a good impression. Be thoughtful and considerate. Think before you speak.

@Stephanie Duguid I love that you addressed in a high stress situation because that is the hardest for me sometimes. Practice over the years has really helped.
