THE THREE QUESTIONS
1. What do I know?
Separate the facts from the story you're creating.
2. What am I assuming?
Notice the meaning or motivation you've assigned.
3. What outcome do I want?
Decide what you actually want your response to accomplish.
If you still need more information:
Ask one more question before making one more statement.
Save this one somewhere you can see it.
