What would you do?

I have 2 units in the same 6plex currently vacant. Theyve been on the market about 3 weeks now. It's in a rural market, so it's a little tougher to fill. Would you keep price the same for a couple more weeks? Or drop price $50-100 to hopefully get some good candidates quicker.

Note: we've had interest and some applicants, but no one has gotten through background checks, mostly because of evictions.
