Good afternoon all. Allow myself to introduce....myself....
Long time lurker and consumer of real estate knowledge with little application and the time has come. My wife, kids, and I are plunging in. I'm 50, wife, 3 kids, 2 in flight school, one we are trying to keep out of jail. Main goal is to set. our kids on a path to financial freedom through real estate and help ourselves a bit when we fully retire, passing things along to them. Already grateful for the community and look forward to being an active member.
